Yes, I'm talking about the MC. A pathstrider gaining power by drawing the gaze of an Aeon is the definition of an Emanator after all...

It would explain why nanook does not gaze upon ifrit. Ifrit's very existence is anomalous towards destruction since it gave birth to ifrit. By acknowledging ifrit Nanook's powers may waver? It will signify that destruction does not accomplish its purpose and, therefore, redundant. Maybe it's the last way to kill an aeon, to make them useless. Perhaps that's why voracity isn't around anymore cause in the past few amber eras it's relatively peaceful with no wars. The only reason they were relavent back in the swarm disaster is cause people are hungry. You don't need to follow a god of hunger in an era of prosperity. It's kind of like fairies? Since fairies will disappear from existence if their name/purpose is taken from them. Or gods, in fiction, gods are immortal as long as someone worships them, and scales in power on the amount of their worshippers.

What if we’re nanook? The first path we walked was destruction, and also, our physical appearance is quite similar to them too. And aeons don’t have gender, so they can be whatever gender, that’s why we can choose at the beginning.

That comment you made about this being our plan possibly reminds me of the dark urge from BG3, the plot of the game being orchestrated by them and Gortash, and maybe it's similar here. Perhaps the mc knew they had to wipe their memories for this path to eventually work out, and once we have interactions with elio we could potentially get some more clarity on that, which could be really interesting.

Firefly and Sams design is inspired by mech anime and kamen rider or power ranger shows Her "zero suit" definitely takes inspiration from Neon Genesis Evangelion And Sam's design overall takes inspiration from Lancelot from Code Geass (especially in combustion state) The animation for firefly turning into Sam is by using a device that looks like the ones they use in Kamen Rider shows.

Overall, I’m sick of only having him as an option in the atk buffer role. It’s been years atp since his release. They didn’t have to release someone better than him in every aspect. They could have released someone who has bad energy requirements but provided a bigger atk buff for example. I’m also sick of Xiangling and her being married to the bone with Bennett. Her ER requirements is ABYSMAL without him and even then, it never feels like it’s enough. How is she still the only pyro sub dps in the game four years later?…. I’m not asking for straight up powercreep. I’m asking for more options. More reliable comfortable options. My only and last hope is the pyro archon. If they’re worried that someone with the same roles as these two might break the game or whatever then they should have the pyro archon take the mantle since it’s usually the role of the archon to be completely broken. There. Problem solved.

HoYo always starts strong in the story but somehow makes the ending disappointing or lacking. The action suspense start of luofu and the murder mystery start of penacony was really well done but both ended somewhat bland and forced. To be fair Belobog closed its story pretty well in comparison to the next arcs, and they should get advice from its writer on how to close amphorea or we are gonna get dook dook ending again lmao

So, in the video when Constance is first mentioned, we see a Dahlia, with very obvious connections to the character. This indicates that the other images we see connect to the respective characters as well. Akash “the Tuner” - floating eyeball with two spinning rings, falling into freezing water. This seems to depict … an Angel falling from grace? Your assumption of his affiliation with the Family appears to have some more support than you thought, but please allow me to add to it. The two rings could symbolize the two fallen Lineages, and the Eye symbolizes the individual responsible for these two Lineages no longer existing. The Eye falling into freezing water could be depicting betrayal in this regard. Essentially, during the struggle for control over Penacony, members from the 5 main Lineages planned to dispose of the other 2 Lineages, and Akash was delegated as the one responsible for this plan. After the 2 Lineages were discarded of, Akash was found guilty and betrayed by his co-conspirators, leaving him banished from Penacony. (Or he could just be a survivor from one of the 2 Lineages). Dubra “the Scribe” - shows an apple with a bite taken out of it, showing the skeleton of a human spine inside of the Apple, taking the place of the Apple’s core. We .. actually see this same Apple in Penacony, it’s an item called “Hunger”, the greatest spice in Penacony. Elation could be seen as a meaningful joke to spice up the atmosphere, something that sounds positive. It’s the Joy of Elation. Hunger on the other hand, while doing the same thing, is the negative side of spices. It’s the Tragedy is Elation. I’m not too sure of Dubra being a Mourning Actor, they could instead be a previous follower of the Anti-Matter Legion whose philosophy of Destruction was influenced by a chance encounter against the Masked Fools, resulting in her defeat. Only to be later found and rescued by Duke Inferno who then encouraged her to fuel her anger towards the Elation. Now, as for Katerina … I’m going to say it right now. She is Boothill’s daughter. Boothill’s homework was completely devastated by the IPC, his friends and family were unfortunately killed in the devastation, however he couldn’t find his daughters body … this is a rather common trope of, “family is separated, each one thinking the other is dead, now both seek vengeance against the same enemy, but both seek vengeance in two different paths.” This is more of a fun idea, with little to no actual evidence, but I’ll still entertain it until everything is final led revealed. P.S.: I have no idea how it happened, but this comment was somehow sent to a UA-cam short about a manga. Someone thankfully replied to it asking why I was talking about HSR in such a random place … idk if that was my mistake or UA-cam’s mistake.

Hey, so I know I am making this comment with additional context and hindsight (2.3 just came out), but I just had some thoughts on Jade (and specifically her splash art). I felt there was some emphasis placed on her clothing/appearance as a justification for her being a tempter of men, but I think there are a few issues with this. I guess first it feels similar to when people say things like "if she didn't want me to look at her/make comments she shouldn't have been dressed like that" or maybe that the ONLY reason she could dress like that (or want to dress like that) would be to want to tempt men. To me, it not only somewhat sexualizes her (making her character more about physical appearance then her capabilities/capital (and by capabilities I do NOT mean kit)), but I see no reason her appearance/demeanor couldn't tempt anyone (not to make this a heteronormative thing, I just don't imagine her or the IPC limiting themselves like that). Also, as seen in 2.3, it appears less as though Jade needs to tempt people to come to her, appearing instead as though people end up making their way to her. I find that to be an interesting inversion of the Adam and Eve story where instead of the snake needing to tempt them take the apple (because they had no desire to beforehand), people willingly seek out Jade because of their own internal desires. I also think something interesting to think about is that the tree/apple were meant to represent knowledge of good and evil, but is there something comparable to Jade? Lastly, unless she is really fooling me it seems as though Jade may be way more fair/just than the snake in the story; Jade seemingly makes the conditions of her loans/exchanges known to the individual before she does anything (unlike the snake which lied and deceived).

Oh these characters will definitely show up later and play an important role. Based on firefly's flashback before she went to penacony the mission she had before that was on jepella with blade and kafka where they took down the jepella brotherhood and gave rise to the ever flame mansion Since all of it is scripted by elio it definitely means that there was a purpose for them to be formed for the future. And one of them we already have seen, which is when acheron killed ifrit and got the invitation to penacony. Without the ever flame mansion there won't be an invitation for acheron to take. And now that ifrit is dead, that just means that his children will have bigger roles to play in the future

I saw a Reddit post that basically said: Imagine an Aeon having a bank account. Pathstriders are those who were given 1000 moneys from that Aeon. Emanators are those who have direct access to that bank account.

Robin has actually lost her voice already in an incident in a planet that was in a war. She got shot in the throat making her lose her voice and thus her voice actually comes from the harmony.

I don't know why, but I am sure that at least one of the members of this group will 100% join the Stellaron Hunters. Since they searched for Nanook's blessing, yet none of them were gifted, it is possible one of them could want to help in Nanook's death, and what is a effective way of doing this? Joining the group in charge of killing Nanook lol. I would bet it would be Caterina, mostly since she did seem that she was overly optimistic with the destruction of Penacony, while the rest where aware of the dangers.

My theory on finality is that it technically is not an aeon, but a higher being of similar strength. Since what it would represent, if at all, isnt a path, but the end point of all the paths, which is why it wouldnt assimilate nanook. Naturally i got a candidate in mind who either already has that level of power or could ascend further (once a certain coccoon finally hatches probably). If ur thinking of a chara in the verse who can control time, bestow abilities, and has an obscene but not exactly known amount of power then theres really only one known chara that fits the bill anyway, tho i wont name her cos it may or may not be spoilers, if u know u know
